Who we are

This website is run for Tony Williamson, real estate agent and auctioneer with REMAX Powerhouse. In this policy, “we” means Tony Williamson and REMAX Powerhouse.

What we collect

Details you enter in the appraisal form: your name, property address, phone number, email address and any notes.
The website and page you sent the form from.
Basic website usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and the type of device used. This uses cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your appraisal request, to contact you about selling your property, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We use website usage data to improve the site.

Who receives it

Your details go to Tony Williamson and REMAX Powerhouse. We also use service providers to run the website and deliver your enquiry: Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (Analytics, and a Google Sheet that logs enquiries). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information.

Access and correction
